Participant Group Primary and Secondary School Arts Curriculum Leaders / Panel Heads of the Arts Education Key Learning Area (Visual Arts, Music and other arts subjects). School heads are also welcome. 

Remarks:   
Background This is Core Module 2 of the 'Arts Education KLA Curriculum Leadership Series'. Arts curriculum leaders are required to take at least 5 modules, including 4 Core Modules and 1 Elective Module. Please see the Information Sheet attached for details. 
Objective(s) To help participants acquire an understanding of the theory and practice of assessment for learning in the arts (Music and Visual Arts). 
Programme Description 1. Some basic concepts of assessment for learning in Music / Visual Arts; and 2. Modes, domains and criteria of assessment for learning in Music / Visual Arts.

Remarks 1. School heads are requested to nominate at most 2 teachers to attend the captioned seminar.
2. Successful applicants will be notified via their email accounts on the e-Services Portal.
3. In case of over-subscription, priority will be given to those schools which have no representatives participating in the seminars before.
4. Special Arrangements for Bad Weather
a. Course / Activity for morning session will be cancelled when Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued at or after 6:30 am.
b. Course / Activity for afternoon session will be resumed when Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled at or before 11:30 am. Otherwise, Course / Activity for afternoon session will continue to be cancelled.
c. Participants will be notified for further arrangement in due course.
5. Car Park Arrangement
No parking space will be provided at venue.
