Objective(s)	This workshop will: • address the cultural issues that influence interpersonal relationships between NETs and EPMs; • facilitate discussion on how NETs and EPMs can improve cross-cultural communication; and • offer strategies for NETs and EPMs to develop mutual respect and understanding and to improve cross-cultural communication.
