Remarks 1. Application Results
Application results will be notified through the e-Services Portal account.

2. Special Arrangements for Bad Weather
a. Course / Activity for morning session will be cancelled when Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued at or after 6:30 am.
b. Participants will be notified for further arrangement in due course.

3. Registration starts at 9:00am.

4. Late-comers or early-leavers
Participants who arrive later for more than 30 minutes or leave early without the prior consent of the organiser will not be counted as having attended the session.

5. Notice of Absence
To ensure the optimal use of the government's training resources, teachers admitted should attend the course as scheduled. If he/she is unable to do so, the head of the school should complete and fax (fax no.: 2194 0219) the "Notice of Absence" (attachment: Absence_e) to the organiser in advance for record and reallocation of training places.

7. Car Park Arrangement
