|Background||In line with the curriculum reform, the CDI has implemented a series of “Seed” projects in schools since September 2001. These projects are geared towards enhancing the learning capabilities of students, providing valuable experiences and suggestions as well as leveraging the synergy to facilitate the curriculum reform so as to achieve the aims of the curriculum reform. Curriculum planning and strategies for learning, teaching and assessment of different Key Learning Areas (KLAs) remain the focuses of the “Seed” Projects in the 2019/20 school year. In addition, the major renewed emphases, four key tasks and integrative use of generic skills under the ongoing renewal of the school curriculum is also included.|
|Objective(s)||To help school heads and teachers better understand the concept of "Seed" Projects, requirements for participating schools, modes of collaboration as well as details of individual "Seed" Projects so that schools may choose the most appropriate projects to join.|

1. In order to help schools select the most suitable projects, interested school heads and their teachers are highly encouraged to attend the Briefing Session on “Seed” Projects and discuss with CDI staff regarding the scope and content of the projects.
2. All applications will be accepted unless there is over-subscription.
3. Special Arrangements for Bad Weather:
If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above / Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued at or after 6:30am on the day of activity, the activity will be cancelled.
4. Car Parking Arrangement: no parking space will be provided at the venue.
