|Objective(s)||This seminar aims to familiarise participants with the following: 1) General principles / specific requirements for the selection of textbooks / learning and teaching materials for the 2019/20 school year; 2) The "Policy of Debundling Textbooks and Teaching / Learning Materials for Pricing”; 3) Points to note when drafting the school textbook list; 4) Optimal use of curriculum resources to enhance the effectiveness of learning and teaching; and 5) Integrity management in schools and the relevant "Prevention of Bribery Ordinance"|

1. Application Results
Application results will be notified through the e-Services Portal account.
2. Special Arrangements for Bad Weather
a. Course / Activity for afternoon session will be resumed when Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled at or before 11:30 am. Otherwise, Course / Activity for afternoon session will continue to be cancelled.
b. Participants will be notified of further arrangement in due course.
3. Late-comers or early-leavers
Participants who arrive late for more than 30 minutes or leave early without the prior consent of the organiser will not be counted as having attended the session.
4. Notice of Absence
To ensure the optimal use of the government’s training resources, teachers admitted should attend the course as scheduled. If he/she is unable to do so, the head of school should complete and fax (fax no.: 2194 0219) the “Notice of Absence” (attachment: Absence_e) to the organiser in advance for record and reallocation of training places.

Non e-Services Staff should contact school administrator for online application.
6. Car Park Arrangement
No parking space will be provided at the venue.
