  • P6 Keys2 English teachers who would like to refresh their knowledge of the programme
    Objective(s) In this Keys2 workshop, participants will:
  • be provided with an overview of the P6 Keys2 Units;
  • develop a good understanding of the new reading approach and strategies adopted in P6 including the flipped content;
  • develop a good understanding of how to support students to apply and use the reading strategies;
  • complete practical tasks that help students develop their understanding of the reading approach and strategies introduced; and
  • develop an awareness of how Keys2 can support school-based curriculum development.

  • Remarks
  • All P6 teachers who are new to the programme are required to attend Day 1 and Day 2 of the P4 workshops
  • Teachers must register on TCS for the workshops
  • *Teachers are required to prepare their P6 textbook, school calendar and scheme of work during the Zoom meetings

  • This workshop is composed of two Zoom meetings, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Participants need to register with their own full name. For information about Zoom meetings, please visit this website:
  • There will also be a self-study component between the two Zoom meetings.
  • The meeting ID, password and other related information will be sent to participants via email one day before the workshop.

    Remarks 1. Special Arrangements for Bad Weather
    a. Course / Activity for morning or whole day session will be cancelled when Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued at or after 6:30 am.
    b. Course / Activity for afternoon session will be resumed when Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is cancelled at or before 11:30 am. Otherwise, Course / Activity for afternoon session will continue to be cancelled.
